Busy month!

I haven't posted anything in a while so I will try to catch everyone up on the latest happenings. Wow what a month we've had. First Addy recently had her 2 month doctors appointment. It went really well, with the exception of those nasty shots! :( Anyway Addy was around 14 pounds and 24 inches long. The doctor said that put her around the 95-97 percentile for her height and weight. He said everything looked great. We were so happy to hear that our little was was healthy and moving along perfectly. When she got her immunizations her face turned beet red and there was screaming for a second, but then she was okay. She did have a 40 min screaming session that night before bed so we did end up giving her some Tylenol. She was fine after that.

About 2 weeks ago Chris was complaining of a stomachache and to make a long story short it ended up being his appendix. So after an appendectomy and about a week and 1/2 of some much needed rest he seems to be all healed. Thank god he's a quick healer because we would be lost without all of daddy's help!

Addy has been changing daily and she is growing like a weed. She is already starting to grow out of her 3 month clothes and fiting into most of her 6 month clothes! We just love all of her little rolls and those chubby little baby thighs. It's too cute. She is sleeping through the night and seems to be very happy and giggly in the morning. She has also learned the art of yelling. She often yells at her toys when she gets excited. I guess she just realized she has a voice, and she's determined to use it! ha ha

Last Sunday I celebrated my first mothers day and it was wonderful! It was a day of pampering starting with yummy french toast made just for me. :) So far motherhood is as wonderfull as I thought it would be and more.

Here are some recent pics of Addy. We are looking forward to a trip to Michigan soon to visit my family and in June my brother and his wife are coming to visit from Texas. I'm so excited for Addy to meet her great grandma, Uncle Mark, and Aunt Fran!
